score - sox tix!

it was that time of the year again - Red Sox tickets went on sale at 10AM this morning (7AM *yawn* for me on the west coast). and like every year, i got up early, made some coffee and got comfy on my sofa for what was yet another long wait in the "Virtual Waiting Room" and dialing/re-dialing the Sox ticket office for a chance to buy some tickets for the 2009 season.

i literally started at 7AM and *finally* was able to purchase tickets at 3:32PM! i picked up the TGIF Sox Pak which includes games against the Orioles, Mets, Rays, and the Indians. my seats are located in the Right Field Roof Box section - a section i have not been in as i usually sit in Infield Grandstand. i don't care where i sit, i was just elated to be able to get tickets!

even though i had to wait a lot longer this year, i fared better than last year and i'm quite a happy camper. also dig the new logo and unis for next season.

oh, april just can't come soon enough. Go Sox!
